Membership Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old to join Club Utopia.

Membership is non-transferable and is subject to approval by Club Utopia management.

The management’s decision on member eligibility is final.

Membership Dues

Membership fees are non-refundable.

Fees must be paid in full at the time of sign-up and annually thereafter or member benefits will be withdrawn.

Code of Conduct

Consent: All interactions must be consensual. Members must respect personal boundaries and the right to say “no” at any time.

Respect: Treat all members with respect and dignity. Discrimination, harassment, or abuse of any kind will not be tolerated.

Privacy: Respect the privacy of other members. Sharing personal information or details about club activities outside of Club Utopia is strictly prohibited.

Facility Use

Members must adhere to all Club Rules and guidelines while on the premises.

Damage to club property will result in liability for repair or replacement costs.

Termination of Membership

Club Utopia reserves the right to terminate membership for any violation of these terms or any club rules.

Members may terminate their membership at any time by providing written notice to Club Utopia.
