Some Do's and Don'ts

Generally, we’re very relaxed here at Utopia.  All we want is to have a safe and inclusive space for our guests to enjoy and explore their desires.  However, we’re also very realistic and know from experience that every now and again people make mistakes or a few bad eggs can spoil a good time.

As such, we have some house rules that we expect all of our guests to abide by.  These rules will be enforced if and when it is necessary, and by purchasing a ticket and entering the club you are agreeing to follow these rules.  Failure to do so may result in removal from the premises and possibly temporary or permanent bans from all future events.

This being said, we know you’re all going to be wonderful and have a great time.  But we have to say it, just in case.

Confidentiality

Members must keep the identity of other members and details of club events confidential.
Photography and recording devices are prohibited within the club premises.

Consent and Safety

Explicit verbal consent must be obtained before engaging in any activity.
Safe, sane, and consensual behaviour is mandatory.  Use safe words and respect all boundaries.

Cleanliness and Hygiene

Members must maintain personal hygiene and use provided sanitary supplies as needed.
Clean up after yourself and dispose of all used items and rubbish properly.

Substance Use

Club Utopia has a zero-tolerance policy for illegal drug use.
Alcohol consumption is allowed within reason.
All Alcohol must be purchased onsite from our fully licensed bar.
Excessive intoxication will result in removal from the premises.

Behaviour and Dress Code

Appropriate attire must be worn at all times, as defined by the event’s dress code policy.
Compliments are usually fine, but unwanted attention and lewd or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated.
Within the play areas, always respect other people’s space and remember that no always means no.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes or complaints should be reported to Club Utopia management immediately.
Management’s decisions on disputes are final and binding.
