Why don’t we let people buy tickets straight away? Why do we require our guests to be verified before attending? Simply put, we value our community and guests and want to always ensure that Utopia is a safe space for everyone to enjoy. This necessitates making sure we know exactly who comes to our events, so we like to put a face to a name, and sometimes have a brief chat, before offering tickets.
Everyone has to go through this process, there are no exceptions. But once it’s been completed you’ll be free to buy tickets to any of our events.
